This book is published annually on the occasion of the Swiss Grand Award for Design. The Swiss Grand Award for Design originated as a means of encouraging, supporting and ultimately honoring the Swiss design scene. The prize communicates and indicates the traditions of Swiss design. 2018’s Award winners are:

• Cécile Feilchenfeldt (textile design, text by Isabelle Cerboneschi)
• Felco (manufacturer of pruning shears, text by Olg Yurkina)
• Rosmarie Tissi (graphic design, text by Claudia Cattaneo)

Each designer has a section devoted to them with interviews by Vera Sacchetti and beautiful color photos of their work and studios. Tissi’s work features logos and posters designed during her partnership with Siegfried Odermatt (Odermatt & Tissi), as well as independent work, characterized by her imaginative, graphic, and playful typographic approach. 

Near fine hardcover, cloth book with three inlay color images on the back cover. Interior pages are clean and bright. Uncommon in the United States.
