Shipping
All orders are processed, carefully packed, and shipped from New York City within 3 business days of the order date. All processing times are estimates and may be subject to change. Rates and shipping delivery times are calculated during the checkout process based on the item weight and your location. We use USPS and UPS and in some instances for multiple purchases, we can offer shipping discounts. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to every country. Upon shipment, customers will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking information.
Customs, Duties or VAT Taxes
Customs clearance, import taxes and tariffs are different in every country and you may be charged additional governmental fees, customs duties, and brokerage fees upon delivery. We are not responsible for paying any applicable charges and we are prohibited from altering values on customs forms. If the fees are not paid and the package is returned to us, you will not be refunded shipping costs.
Returns
We have been selling rare books and archives since 2009 and have built a reputation of being fair, honest and reliable. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The cost to ship the item back will be deducted from the refund amount. We will provide you with a return shipping label and expect you to professionally pack the item. Refunds will be processed upon safe return of the item in original condition.
