This exhibition catalog presents an excellent selection of posters which recreate the historic 1968 exhibition curated by the Italian pioneer art director, Antonio Boggeri held at Olivetti in Milan, Italy. Curated by Anna Boggeri (Boggeri's daughter) and Bruno Monguzzi, the title takes its name from the A.M. Cassandre expression which Boggeri often used.
Foreword by Franco Rogantini, the gallery's Director. With a comprehensive and personal text by Bruno Monguzzi and Antonio Boggeri's original Introductory text reprinted from 1968 along with his biography at the end of the book.
Heavily illustrated throughout in color with (100) cultural and advertising posters; one per page with bibliographic captions hailing from ten countries: Czechoslovakia, Germany, Spain, France, Netherlands, Japan, Poland, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and USA.
A nearly fine softcover book. Uncommon in the United States.
