An uncommon collection of (5) early issues of Gazzetta, the cultural magazine of the ProLitteris, Swiss Copyright Society for Literature and Fine Arts, Zürich, Switzerland, 2004–2006. 9 x 12.625, pp. 48-104 with German, French and Italian text. Design by Gottschalk + Ash International; Fritz Gottschalk and Sascha Lötscher.

Gazzetta is a magazine concerned with copyright, covering a variety of topics including fine arts, literature, philosophy and more. Design by the Swiss graphic design studio Gottschalk+Ash Int’l, whose founders, Fritz Gottschalk and Stuart Ash, have played a pioneering role for more than four decades in evolving Swiss Design beyond its borders.

With wrap-around cover designs, a sophisticated typographical system and page layouts which seem to evolve in each issue with more versatility, larger images, illustrations and concepts. Each issue includes a double-page spread by Fritz Gottschalk and Sascha Lötscher with content related to the subject of typography.

Overall, very good condition with only light handling throughout. Uncommon in the United States.
