Rare. The 8-panel, Accordion fold “Call for Entries” is approx. 28 x 9 (flat) and printed both sides in full color. The Z-fold “Entry Form” is 10.5 x 9 (flat) and printed single-sided in red ink. “Aware of the rapid growth and importance of graphics as a most vital phase of the greatly diversified packaging field, the AIGA organized its first packaging show in 1956. Because of the increased emphasis being placed on packaging by modern industry, Graphics in Packaging Show 1958 will present the whole range of packages varying in size and end purpose — from ampules to industrial drums.” Furthermore “The show will present a selection made by a jury of experts whose choice will be based solely on design, presswork and typography. Only end results as a graphics solution to a problem will be considered.”
