A rare, promotional and sale catalog with a screen printed white and red paper wrapper wrapper (slipcase). Designed for potential clients by John Massey for Bertrand Goldberg's iconic residential towers for the Marina City (1961–1964) complex in Chicago, perhaps the architects most celebrated commission.

A sophisticated production with french fold, embossed white covers and multiple paper stocks and specialty printing throughout. Massey's thoughtful graphic design and typography features: a soft, minimal palette, intricate diagrams and information design, unfussy streetscape maps, floor plans, an impressive, oversized fold-out photo of the towers and a die-cut page holding the original Rental Application and Interior Planning Aid with punch-out shapes for planning the furniture in the apartment.

A nearly fine catalog with light wear to the bottom edge and a small split to the head of the spine. The original, good yet fragile wrapper has several tears and chips along the edges but has protected the catalog nicely over the years. Catalog sold at Wright Auction's Florsheim/Goldberg Sale in 2018.
