With an Introduction to all employees worldwide from the company's President, John B. Reece where he expresses the company's continued growth and diversification in new markets and products and the importance of presenting a unified, visual identity worldwide including a new corporate symbol and other materials. “To ensure proper application of the symbol and accompanying type, this manual has been prepared with detailed instructions, measurements, layouts artwork, and samples of applications.” And “As in the case of any program, our success in implementing the new identification properly depends on the individual efforts of each person involved in preparing materials containing the Company symbol and name.”

Illustrated with black and green, sections include: The Symbol, Color, Typography [Helvetica], Applications (Letterhead, Various Envelopes, Mailing Label, Business Cards, Business Forms, Advertising, Packaging, Signs, Products, Miscellaneous Materials), Symbol Artwork (symbol and text in two sizes) and perforated Color Swatches (PMS 355 Green, coated and uncoated).

A very good original American company manual with a plastic comb binding and light handling to the heavier covers. There is a cut-out to the Typography and Symbol Artwork pages, two loose color swatches and a few remarks in ink.
