An uncommon Herb Lubalin keepsake with a personal essay titled “TIGER!” by lifelong friend Lou Dorfsman: “A brief biography of the recipient of The National Society of Art Directors 1962 Award, Herb Lubalin, Creative Director of Sudler & Hennessey, Inc., by Louis Dorfsman, Creative Director, Advertising and Sales Promotion, CBS Television Network.” Dorfsman’s essay is reprinted from an article published in CA; The Journal of Commercial Art and followed by a (10) illustrated award-winning advertising and editorial pages designed by Herb Lubalin from 1953—62.

A very good keepsake with moderate wear and soiling to the french folded stapled wrappers, including a light vertical bend (barely visible to the rear internal pages) and dried glue to the back cover.
