Graphic Design in Swiss Industry: The standard work on successful industrial publicity by Hans Neuburg, 1965. ABC Verlag Zurich, Switzerland. 10.125 x 10, pp. 200 with German, French and English text. Designed by Hans Neuburg and Walter Bangerter.
This is the definitive volume on functional graphic design for publicity purposes in Swiss industry. Profusely illustrated with 500 examples in black and white and color including sections dedicated to: stationary systems, trade-marks, newspaper advertising, documentation and information, packaging, three-dimensional publicity and more. With a preface by the publisher, a prefatory word by Max Bill and extensive introduction and section contributions by the author. Part of the excellent ABC Verlag series and one of the hardest volumes to find in collectible condition. Highly recommended!
A nearly fine hardcover with a few light marks to the spine and two large vertical creases to the front free endpaper. In the original, complete dust jacket with slight wear to the corners and edges including paper loss to the top of the spine and front left hand corner. Despite any minor flaws, still a bright, fresh copy.
